Step Inside. The Experimentarium Awaits.
Opening 12 June 2025, The Experimentarium is Hull College’s final-year BA (Hons) Fine Art degree show. It’s a bold celebration of creative risk, curious minds and unconventional paths.
Forget the white-cube gallery. This is a carnival of ideas. From photography and painting to sculpture, installation and digital media, the work on display reflects a rich mix of visual styles, voices and perspectives. What connects it all is a shared commitment to exploration, storytelling and finding new ways to connect with the world around us.
This isn’t just an end-of-year show. It’s a testing ground. A launch pad. A moment to meet the artists, makers and thinkers who may go on to become your children’s teachers, your community’s therapists or the creative force behind your next favourite brand. It’s where you see what’s possible when talent, training and imagination meet.
Hosted at Hull College, the exhibition opens with an evening of refreshments and conversation, with private viewings available throughout the summer. It’s a showcase of both artistic creativity and academic rigour, offering a glimpse into the region’s emerging talent and the value the arts bring to culture, wellbeing and industry alike.
